YPL-DF Pressure spray granulation machine is the production of dry suspension (DF) special equipment, spray granulation is milled suspension with good pressure atomizer spray the hot air drying chamber, allowing moisture quickly dried and evaporated down into smaller particles. In a few seconds to complete concentrated feed solution, drying, granulation process. After wet grinding slurry is first sprayed into a mist droplets after the water evaporated by the hot air away, the solid phase droplets gathered became dry microspheres. Spray granulation particles made of hollow porous, so water wetting, disintegration performance, and has a high suspension rate.
