Recently, in the factory area of Kaide Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. of Changzhou, three fully inspected drying equipment units are ready for shipment. Two SZG double-cone rotary vacuum dryers and one harrow-type vacuum dryer are being slowly lifted and loaded into containers, with their next destination being the client's factory in Morocco, far away in North Africa.

This is no ordinary delivery. The Moroccan client is mainly engaged in the production of fine chemical raw materials and has relatively high requirements for temperature stability and cleanliness of material drying. To meet these needs, we have custom-selected the SZG double-cone rotary vacuum dryer — it enables precise temperature control between 20-160℃, and its indirect heating method completely avoids material contamination. With a thermal efficiency more than twice that of ordinary ovens, it can maximize the retention of the activity of heat-sensitive raw materials. The other harrow-type vacuum dryer is an innovative horizontal batch vacuum drying equipment improved on the basis of introducing and absorbing foreign harrow-type drying technologies. Wet materials undergo conductive evaporation, and a scraper agitator continuously removes materials from the heating surface and pushes them to form a circulating flow inside the container. After moisture evaporation, it is extracted by a vacuum pump. Both environmentally friendly and safe, it perfectly solves the client's production pain points.

From the initial demand communication and solution design, to manufacturing and repeated debugging, our technical team has maintained high-frequency communication with the client, ensuring that every detail is precisely matched.
