①问:你们是贸易公司还是生产厂家。有什么售后服务？
答:我们是生产工厂。我们在商务贸易前后都会提供相关的服务。首先,我们为您提供实验室或样本。然后在出厂之前，可以在我们公司检查设备机械,空转运营，并教导操作说明。后期我们的工程师也会现场指导安装。一旦设备损坏,我们的维修人员会在48小时内到达。任何配件坏了,我们将在12小时内反馈。
②问:你们的交货时间要多久？
答：如有有现货，一般交货期为10 - 20天。如果现场制作，或者根据要求生产，交货期为30 - 45天。
③问:什么是最小订量？
答：对于我们的机器,你可以基于你的购买计划。只是一套也是受欢迎的。
④问:你的付款条件是怎样的？
答:付款方式：30%预付款，安排设备生产，付清尾款，款到发货。
